This is not only my profession but a way of life. It is clear that the connection between the mind and the body being in balance is key and a direct link to being present can be found through movement.
For the last 15 years I’ve been practicing and teaching Pilates as a way to reform the mind and transform the body to help to create a positive approach to life in myself and others.
