Hi, I’m Erin a qualified Fitness Instructor, Exercise to Music and Indoor Cycling Instructor and Pre and Post Natal Specialist.
I am extremely passionate about women’s health and well being from pre conception through to menopause and beyond. I personally understand the huge benefits exercise brings to our mental health as well as our physical.
Being a mum myself, I know how difficult it is to find time for exercise and how daunting physical activity during pregnancy can seem. Everyone’s fitness journey is different and I am here to help guide and support you in yours.
I am also very passionate about helping our older generation to stay mobile and functional and to help enable them live their best life possible.
