My name is Emma. I am a mum of 3 little ones and a freelancing yoga instructor.
My love of yoga began from a young age, when I realised the importance of taking care of your body, after years of running through my childhood. I learned how muscles could become tight and limit us, and decided to do something about it, and then came yoga.
There’s no denying I began for the fitness element, but soon I was drawn in by the mindfulness of the practice too, and realised that yoga could be a way of life, and it really has changed everything I am.
I now specialise in Fitness yoga, a blend of Hatha yoga and Pilates, as well as pre and post natal yoga, and children’s yoga too.
I feel that pregnancy is such a great time to connect with your whole self on a deeper level, as well as being a prime time to really begin to take care of the needs of your body.
Prenatal yoga can improve your whole pregnancy and birthing experience, and the post natal helps you to become you again, once your newborn changes the world which you knew before.
