    WEEK ONE:  OUT WITH THE OLD, IN WITH THE NEW





    • It's time to let go of what does not serve you! Learn how to detox the body to rid it of inflammatory and toxic foods.




    • Discover how to prepare your mind for change, focusing on clearing out negative and overwhelming stimulus in your environment and daily routines.




    • Try something new! Experiment with yoga, breathwork and meditation as ways to calm the mind and prepare the body for better digestion.




    • Cement the learnings from this week in the creation of new health-promoting morning and evening routines.





    WEEK TWO:  DISCOVER THE HEALING POWER OF FOOD





    • Dive into my signature elimination diet, cutting out highly inflammatory and toxic foods to cleanse and rest the body.




    • Nerd out, and learn what foods are considered toxic and inflammatory, and why.




    • Be inspired to cook, with my Anti-Inflammatory recipe book!





    WEEK THREE:  SURRENDER TO CHANGE





    • Stay strong! This is the second week of the elimination diet, where your body and mind are beginning to accept change.




    • Discover the power of the breath to calm the mind and keep you on track.




    • Understand where cravings, and the desire to "give up" come from.




    • Learn how to manage stress and anxiety through Yin yoga by tapping into the parasympathetic nervous system.





    WEEK FOUR:  TAP INTO YOUR INTUITION AND HARNESS THE TOOLS TO SUSTAINED HEALTH





    • The proof is in the pudding! Through food journalling, you will re-introduce foods to identify which are no longer serving you, and which are here to stay.




    • Gut Geek! Learn about the delicate balance of your microbiome (the gut) and how to look after it with fermented foods.




    • Plan for the future: Learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and how to make changes to your diet as your age and your environment changes (my clients love this!)
